We install Odoo in parallel with your current system, with the modules you've chosen based on your needs (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, etc.). We migrate your history with proper account mapping. You keep billing as usual; we work behind the scenes.
We train your staff on the new system: role-based sessions, bilingual documentation, and daily support during the dual-entry period. Once trust is established, we cut the old system off.
We stay with you for 90 days to fine-tune automations, train new joiners, and fix what needs fixing. Then you're autonomous — or keep a support contract if you prefer.
