1 · Acceptance

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2 · Our services

BHI provides Odoo integration, automation, and maintenance services, including the integration of AI models (notably Anthropic's Claude) to automate accounting and operational processes for SMBs.

Specific commitments (deliverables, timeline, pricing) are defined in a separately signed service proposal.

3 · Website use

You agree to:

  • Not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Provide accurate information in our forms.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.

4 · Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, videos, code, trademarks, logos) is the property of BHI or used under license. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

The Odoo logo is the property of Odoo SA. The Claude name and logo are the property of Anthropic PBC.

5 · Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including:

BHI cannot be held liable for service interruptions or changes from these providers.

6 · Payment and billing

Payment terms (due dates, methods, taxes) are defined in the signed service proposal. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by you in the past twelve (12) months.

8 · Termination

Either party may terminate a services agreement under the terms specified in the signed service proposal. Upon termination, you retain ownership of your Odoo instance and data.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) for our Quebec clients, and by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA) for other clients. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the client's domicile.

10 · Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The update date is shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
